U.B. Gymnast earns Kelsey Campbell earns ECAC Coaches Choice Award

Danbury -University of Bridgeport women's gymnast Kelsey Campbell (Jr. Las Vegas, Nev.) has been recognized with the weekly Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Women's Gymnastics Coaches Choice Award for her outstanding performances in meets that took place during the week of February 20-26, 2017.
Facing competition from UCLA and Utah State University, Campbell placed second in the all-around with a total of 38.750 on Monday. The junior then followed up with another second-place showing in the all-around competition on Sunday, scoring 38.825.
Up next, the University of Bridgeport women's gymnastics team will travel to Philadelphia, Pa. for a quad-meet at Penn this Sunday afternoon.
