Police release info on city toddler found wandering in the snow Friday

• 54-year-old grandmother was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor.

• Call came in at 4:54 on Friday afternoon

• Area of 115 Brookside Avenue

• 2-year-old male, dressed, was walking in the street, with no adult supervision

• Resident of the area who was driving home saw the child in the middle of the street as she was turning into her driveway

• Woman arrested was Lucitania Mora of 29 Brookside Avenue, his grandmother who was responsible for taking care of him

• Child transported to Bridgeport Hospital. Ok

• Responding officers kept the youngster warm until the ambulance arrived and then transported to the hospital.

• DCF notified
